
Molten Cheese Burger Patties (2pcs *60 gms each)
Instructions -
Keep frozen at -18˚c
Heat Oil on Pan for frying on high flame
Reduce to medium flame and put patties in the fryer (patties don’t need to be thawed)
Fry on medium flame till golden brown (approx. 5-8 minutes)
Condiment Suggestion – jalapeños, red paprika, gherkins, caramelised onions
